Phase 1 - Launch
Our Launch took place on 23rd October 2008 at the Lagan Legacy in Belfast. Hosted By Donna Traynor over 100 attendees heard all about the hopes and ambitions of this exciting project.
Phase 2 - Stakeholders Engagement
Over the next 3 months, we will be engaging with a range of other stakeholder organisations involved in the mangement of public archives and records who will be invited to join the pilot phase of the project.
Phase 3 - Stakeholders Implementation
We will assist with a number of interested stakeholders with a training and outreach programme.
Phase 4 - Community Outreach
From March 2010 we will provide advanced software facilities for comunity based groups a promote the new facility.
Phase 5 - Community Participation
We will deliver a coordinated training and outreach programme for a range of interested community based groups.
